Ordered this product to arrive with 10 ft cords and received 4ft cords and have heard nothing back from the seller after MANY attempts to contact. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

I like the product. However after placing my order , the communication and order status was terrible. It took so long to process and ship . There is no customer service number and no one ever got back to me via email for a very long time.

Even the phone number goes to a voicemail that you can leave a message but no one ever calls you back.

Ordered and sent wrong size charging cords after I paid extra for 10 foot cords. Emailed numerous times with no response from orders department and ignored numerous attempts. Never would I order again from company who doesn’t respond on an error they made.

I ordered the standard set up and they sent the other one and I ordered an extra UBC cable and they sent me the lighting cable.

overpriced piece of plastic. THey sent me the wrong plug, i contacted orders they didn't repond. Would be also nice if they sent a couple longer screws as well so I don't have to go to the hardware store and order more charging cables. Not worth the money, no customer service.

I absolutely love the concept of this charger. I didn’t realize that it came with two usb c slots and that if you order a C charger, they go ahead and send you a lightning cable and a C charger! (or at least they did for me…) if I had known that, I would’ve ordered all usb C cables because my goal was to have a bunch of stations around the house with both a lightning cable and a USB-C charger. As it was, I had three that only came with a single lightning cable. Since they have an extra usb c slot for another cable, I bought some other USB-C to USB-C cables, but the charger head is too long and doesn’t exactly fit in the box - you have to jam it into place and the tidy little hide-a-hole attachment thing doesn’t fit. It would be nice if it was tall enough that you could use any standard charging cable and not just the permaplug ones. Taking off one star for that part of the experience. Other than that, it has been absolutely amazing to have several stations with a guaranteed charger! It has already saved me so much time that I would usually spend running around the house, looking for lost chargers.

I have been loving the perma plug for our short term rental property. It's helpful to offer charging options w/o the cord *walking away" and leaves the other outlet open. I have spray painted mine to disappear, since we have a cabin with wood walls. I would love a little more space for the cords that aren't apple brand. I would also love the option for other types of cords to fit. Such a sleek design but very specific in use.

My order was missing one 10 ft usbc to usbc cable and also the 10 ft lightning cable does not work at all.

Literally sent multiple messages about paying for a 10 foot cord only to receive a 3 foot cord. Still haven’t heard back. The most disappointing purchase ever

This is perfect for my outlet behind my couch. It keeps my phone cord, plugged in nice and tight and I now never have a problem with it loosening up and falling out of the outlet

Got the Permaplug Charger Lock and was able to install it in about 10 minutes. Put it in a medical office where patients are always looking for a charger and now have one that will always be available.

Any charging cable you need at the best prices. Only store I can find 10’ options which makes it really convenient

I have emailed four times to do an exchange. I need the model with two screws. No one has returned my emails. I have called the customer support line and I have received no return calls. My order number is 25384. I would appreciate a solution to this.

great idea and so far no issues or problems. Love the long cord. Only gave it a 4 rating because I wish I had a choice which cord came with the unit instead of having to buy another cord.

I give 5 stars because I do think this is a great product. My main complaint would be slow customer service. I looked online for a phone number and I called the number but no answer. I immediately received text message saying my call would be assigned to appropriate team member. I never received a call from a team member. After calling that number for 2-3 days trying to speak to someone, I received a text asking "What is the purpose of the daily phone calls" To sum it up, this customer service is poor and unprofessional. I would still recommend the product . Just expect slow responses to product questions.

This is exactly what I needed to keep my teens from stealing each others chargers and taking the chargers out of the house!

We are using your product at our local Amtrak Depot. It works perfectly and eliminates theft. But it needs a Velcro strap to tie up the cords.

This is a perfect solution for us. Our Middle school students seem to lose or forget to bring their chargers. We intend to place 2 of these in each classrooms so we can let up to 4 students charge and use their Chromebooks.

They are Father’s Day gifts for our sons so won’t know anything until after June 15
