The items took a long time to ship, and when I recieved the items I needed to return a wire because of poor quality and have not yet been giving a return.
Product stopped working after two charges. I sent a refund request, received email stating that refund was being reviewed. It was been weeks and I have yet to get a follow up from customer support. Don’t waste your money on this product.
great idea and so far no issues or problems. Love the long cord. Only gave it a 4 rating because I wish I had a choice which cord came with the unit instead of having to buy another cord.
The cables don’t seat securely in the device. They need to regularly need to be pushed back in to maintain a charge.

It’s just a gimmick, pay more attention to your chargers, this is so stupid and expensive. Though i’m probably stupider for buying it
I give 5 stars because I do think this is a great product. My main complaint would be slow customer service. I looked online for a phone number and I called the number but no answer. I immediately received text message saying my call would be assigned to appropriate team member. I never received a call from a team member. After calling that number for 2-3 days trying to speak to someone, I received a text asking "What is the purpose of the daily phone calls" To sum it up, this customer service is poor and unprofessional. I would still recommend the product . Just expect slow responses to product questions.

We are using your product at our local Amtrak Depot. It works perfectly and eliminates theft. But it needs a Velcro strap to tie up the cords.

This is a perfect solution for us. Our Middle school students seem to lose or forget to bring their chargers. We intend to place 2 of these in each classrooms so we can let up to 4 students charge and use their Chromebooks.

Between my boyfriend and his kids, chargers are constantly going missing in their house. I gifted them two permaplugs to help, and they're very excited. It's only been a week, but chargers are still in place and everyone is happy to have a way to charge their devices! Grateful to permaplug for such a simple but effective solution to this common problem!
My teen is ALWAYS “losing” his cords and power blocks. We spent at least $150 over the past several years with replacements. I wish I would have just bought the Permaplug in the beginning.
