RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Permaplug, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Original Packaging: The item(s) must be returned or exchanged in their original packaging.
  2. Undamaged: The item(s) must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at support@permaplug.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Return Process:

  1. After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
  2. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and inform you of our decision regarding your refund.
  3. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchange Process:

  1. To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as initiating a return by emailing us at support@permaplug.com.
  2. After receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process your exchange and send the replacement item(s) to you.
  3. If the item(s) you wish to exchange for are of a different value, we will notify you of any necessary payment adjustments.
