WARRANTY POLICY & CLAIMS

At Permaplug, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty policy covers all defects and user-inflicted damages on all Permaplug items for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Activation: 

  • You must activate your warranty here within 60 days of purchase. If you are outside of the 60 day window, please go ahead and submit the warranty registration then follow up with us via email to explain your situation. 

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • Our warranty also covers any user-inflicted damages during the warranty period.

Warranty Period:

  • The warranty period for Permaplug items is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at claims@permaplug.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect or damage.
  2. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the defective or damaged item to us.

Claims Process:

  1. After we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify the defect or damage.
  2. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and inform you of our decision regarding your warranty claim.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will process a replacement and send it to you at no additional cost.
